I have a service plan so when my heater went out, I contacted Bob who called me immediately and the wheels went into motion. He sent someone out on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend to diagnose the problem. After two days I have a fully operating brand new system replacing the old, noisy and broken one. Throughout the process Bob was in touch with his people to ensure my satisfaction and safety from the cold weather. He even provided space heaters on Saturday! The technicians, Charles, Andrew and Joe who installed the heater, air conditioning and whatever goes with it, were professionals and made it a painless process with no interruptions to my day, even though they started at 7:30 am. From Bob to the service manager, salesman and technicians this has been the smoothest transition from no heat to a comfy heated home!
