The Polar Bear/Oliver crew, from the repairer to the saleman to the installers, were prompt, professional, informative, and friendly. They were inquisitive and helpful to make sure all the household needs were met. I assumed a new thermostat came with the heater. It didn’t, but they upgraded me for free. They just installed it today, so I haven’t spent time with the product. But the service was excellent.
